How is your product shipped?

All of our packages are shipped frozen in a heavy duty styrofoam cooler with around 5 to 8 pounds of dry ice or gel packs. All standard shipping is FREE.

When should I expect my package?

Standard Delivery is normally 1 - 3 business days in transit. We do not ship your product overlapping a weekend due to the perishable nature of our packages. We also will send you a tracking number when the order is shipped.

Can I expedite my shipping?

The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 12 PM Eastern on a business day will be shipped out the same day. Standard shipping will be shipped out the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

No. Since we are shipping a large package of perishable product, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
